Awesome meal tonight. My wings were smoked to perfection. The Mrs's had pulled pork. We shared a basket of tater tots. I also had the frozen Irish coffee. It was soo good.
Always love coming to this hometeam location because of the ample parking space! The apps are always a must here, pulled pork nachos, and tater tots are just some of our faves! for the meat, the ribs are tender and full of flavor. Will always come back to this location! Service is always 10/10 no matter how busy the night is!
I thought this place was great. I've been to other smoke BBQ places and this place the meat is juicy, not dry. The meat is flavorful and not overly salty. The service was fast and friendly. There were a lot of people in the house and plenty of parking spots. You can choose to sit inside or out. We sat inside in the air conditioning, it was too hot for me to sit outside. We ordered the pull pork sandwich, brisket sandwich, French dip, and kids pull pork. All the flavors were great. My daughter finished her mini slider, never seen her finish burger like that before. I finished my brisket, I ordered chili with it and I even put the chili in my sandwich because it was a touch too spicy for me but was a great addition to my burger. All the foods were great and wish I could visit again!! Definitely recommend visiting here for a meal. I was very full and didn't expect myself to finish this burger, but I did.
The food was yummy. A lot of different sauce options. Great atmosphere. My favorite honestly was the tots really good. Breading burger was good and fresh as well. Ribs were okay overall. Pretty good experience and vibes
After I don't know how many trips to and from MUSC over the last two years I finally took the opportunity to stop and grab food from Home Team BBQ . They recently opened a spot on 17 in Mt Pleasant, right on my way home... so I stopped. Cool little spot and the best wings I've had in a LONG time... tasty even after the 75minute drive home! I would assume the dry rub recipe is the same for all locations (the have several in the area) and is so good that I would buy just the rub to season and smoke wings at home! I grabbed a few of the daily specials... the fried Mac n Cheese, Dry rub wings and a BBQ Burrito and some 'Naner Pudding (not shown). Everything was really good! Definitely worth the visit! All in all, a visit worth repeating, or trying for the first time if you've never been.
Great local spot, filled with fun people, happy staff and super tasty food! The chicken wings really stood out. Multiple locations and worth a trip to every one! Enjoy I know I sure did!! Returned again last night, the brisket was out of this world amazing, Mac and cheese on point!!! Love this place 6 stars
Great spot and probably our favorite location of all the Home Team BBQs! This location has a very spacious new and clean outdoor space and bustling indoor space with TVs aplenty if you are looking to catch the game. Plenty of parking and the same menu as other locations with great beers on tap and cocktails or frozen drinks that can please any crowd. Be sure to check out their specials and give the wings a shot!
Great pork and brisket. Mac & cheese was delicious. Lots of different sauces. Service was excellent.
